1) We require basic personal information when you register for a tour with us; we use the information to obtain international clearances and medical insurance related to your tour.

2) Statistical: We track memberships (sign-ups) for statistical purposes; our tours are often developed based on the level of interest shown in particular areas of the world, or on the common interests of the people who sign up.

3) Newsletter/Events: your name and e-mail address are kept on file so we can mail/email out a newsletter or notification of special events.

4) Opinions: you may be contacted by mail/email when we ask our membership for opinions/testimonials on tours you have taken or are interested in taking.
